Welcome to Socialist Canada. "You will stay cold and be happy about it." or pay through the teeth when we use cheap Natural gas and Electricity that has been layered with Federal and Provincial taxes, fees, levies, distribution charged, Carbon taxed, & Rate rider surcharged etc.
