“Silvertop…. Will you pick up my swing please?”🥰
Well it looks like everyone survived the BIG Wind and rain storm yesterday!🤗😅
Picking up Liz’s garden swing is a regular occurrence during windy Fall storms, but not usually in mid April!😮
Just before dark last night I uprighted the swing……………
I guess the storm picked up speed afterwards, because the swing was tipped over again this morning!🤔
“Maybe we need to “Stake” it to the ground Silvertop!”🥰
“That’s a good idea honey!”😇
Like all outdoor garden furniture, we pack this swing away for the Winter…………
We ARE past Winter right Lol?🙄
Last night we dipped down to just above freezing, and I am sure Liz has some photos of Sumas Mountain frosted on the top!🥶
Down in the valley, planting has taken on a frenzied pace Lol!😇
I believe the field you see in the third photo has just been planted with blueberries!😊
Thousands of “Silk” non dairy milk cartons are protecting these baby plants!
These are all new cartons, so we figure the farmers must have ordered empty cartons directly from the manufacturer!
Probably a very economical way to protect the plants!😇
They say …. give it 24 hours, and watch how the weather changes, and it certainly did today!☺️
That’s the beauty of Spring, even if it rains today, give it a day or so, and the Sunshine will be back!😎
It’s time to enjoy “Outside” my friends, how about you……….. are you ready?😇
