Before Silvertop could even think about a hike into the Mountains, I needed to make some more progress on my firewood cutting and stacking today!😅

“Silvertop didn’t you just tell us you have over seventeen cords of firewood?🤔
Ahhh………………
But “Seasoned dry” firewood is always in a very limited supply…….. like Bitcoin Lol!😇
Honestly, if I had to buy just “one” Seasoned dry cord of firewood, it would probably be $550 “or more”, this time of year!
Maybe…..much more!🙄
Most people that are selling “seasoned” firewood, are really selling wood that has just barely been cut six months ago.
With our humid Summers, and damp Winters, this isn’t truly “Seasoned wood”!😮
Silvertop is burning five and six year old cut and split wood, that is protected from the elements in my woodshed!

I could hear my ASIC Crypto miners spooling up. You can see from the fourth photo, Cot was making sure our miners were running smoothly for Dad!😻

Agreed seasoned firewood must be over 12 months or it is green, i work and sell kiln dried firewood myself, have the best hike buddy.

It's interesting how it's not just the type of firewood......
When we lived in Cincinnati, oak firewood was the primary wood, and after 12 months it turned dark gray it was seasoned!
In the Pacific Northwest, even firewood stacked with air spaces doesn't start to turn gray for several years, it must be the high humidity that slows the seasoning down!🤔
Well-seasoned firewood is a very valuable resource, and you're very wise to stock so much, my friend! I'm always happy to talk with you about gold, silver, and Bitcoin! You're kids might slowly be catching on! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
I believe our kids and their wives, are of the generation that believes mom and dad don't know what they're talking about Lol😇
I have just come to the conclusion, that they will find out on their own.........
Then they will want to explain everything correctly to mom and dad Lol!🤣
Oh lordy, I feel for you, my friend, and yep, they'll definitely find out on their own. That's if they actually understand what happened. It's still a big leap to make, since it would turn their whole view how things work on its head. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
