“Dis Not Spring…..Man!”🐸
With the weather being so hot, Silvertop and PEPE decided to stick to one of the trails deep in the cool Forest………..
The “Spring Trail!”😊
On the way, we passed Keith and Lynn‘s garden!
They had just placed more free veggies out at the road with a sign that said “ help yourself to produce!”😇
“That’s so very nice PEPE!”
“We’ll leave the veggies for someone else my green friend! I want to keep my backpack light for the steep climb today!”😅
The fourth photo is at the beginning of the Spring trail………
This trail starts out with a gentle switch back, then it quickly becomes a very steep climb uphill!🥵
Lynne will tell you this trail is so boring, but the final destination is well worth the climb!😇
Halfway to the top several large old logs were blocking the trail……….
“Silbertop, I just hop right over logs no big deal…….Man!”🐸
“OK PEPE, wait up for me Lol!”🤣
Suddenly in the middle of the trail, I spotted a game camera!🤔
The last time Liz and I ran into Keith and Lynne, they were telling us that they had spotted a large Cougar on this trail!😺
“PEPE, make sure you occasionally turn around and check to see if we are being followed!”😇
“Followed by what……. man!”🐸
“A very “BIG” Kitty my friend!”😺
I’m sure both of us were captured on Keith’s game camera today. I noticed this camera is a newer model complete with an antenna to transmit photos, and or video instantly back to Keith!
“Hmmm……. maybe Keith is watching us right now PEPE Lol!”😇
Finally the two of us made it to the ridge top and one of Keith’s custom wooden benches!🤗
“It’s a very nice view from up top my green friend!”😊
“Silbertop we safe from BIG Kitty up here, hill too steep fer Cats!”🐸
“If you say so PEPE Lol!”🤣
