Sliding slightly under the radar is the upcoming merger of Cantor Equity Partners (CEP), with the newly formed company Twenty One capital, led by CEO Jack Mallers.
This merger is expected to take 3-6 Months after the shareholders approve, and will trade on the NASDAQ under “XXI”.
They are expecting to launch with 42,000 BTC valued at 3.9 Billion USD!
The three main investors are ………….
USDT (Tether) with 1.5 Billion
Soft Bank with 900 Million
Bitfinex with 600 Million
These three investors make up approximately 83% of the start up capital.
This will secure“Twenty One” as the THIRD largest corporate holder of BTC, in the World, with BlackRock, and Strategy, number one and number two respectively!😊
“Buy the rumor…Sell the News”……..maybe!😇
