From bundled up yesterday, blasted with a bitter cold nor’easter, to 50 degrees Fahrenheit today!

“ Cot, Dads going to go outside and “play electrician”!☺️
Silvertop needed to lay some electrical conduit for my driveway gate lights yesterday………that didn’t work out Lol!🥶
My solar array was cranking out electricity early this morning…………….
That’s a good sign!
I checked the weather…………….
“ Alexa, what’s the weather forecast for today? “
“ Silvertop no rain is expected, and today’s high is expected to be 53°F! “
I filled my wheelbarrow with shovels, pickaxes, and numerous “ guy toys “ ….. I mean tools Lol!😇
I needed to trench across the very hard packed gravel driveway.😅
Cot had zero interest in coming OUTSIDE to help Dad!😻
Hmmm……………🤔
With my steaming hot Latte sitting on a fence post, I began digging………..
Pry bar….. shovel…… repeat……….😅
Silvertop was “ on the clock “, I needed to finish and backfill before Liz headed home from work today!🙄
I discovered I was missing two electrical conduit connectors, but I had enough to bury the conduit across the driveway, and “ temporary “ energize the gate lights!😅
I texted Liz………………
“ Honey, when you pull into the driveway don’t stop, and drive quickly, I just backfilled a trench across the driveway with loose gravel! “ 😇🥰
It can snow now, Silvertop is finished digging ….Lol!🤣
