Country living!π
Living in the foothills of the cascade mountains has its benefits, one is living close to country stores!
This is Elenbaas, if you can use it for your farm or ranch, they have it!π
Silvertop needed to top up one of my larger propane tanks, that I fuel my generator with after the last power outage.
You can see my tank staged and ready to be filled in the third photo!π
With every passing storm, Silvertopβs gutters are completely refilled with Northwest Big Leaf Maple leavesβ¦β¦..π²
They really are Big leaves Lol!π€£
The solution that many homeowners have discovered is to replace the downspout with copper chains!π
In the second photo you can see several of these decorative chains that Elenbaas has for sale!π
Liz started looking, and found a copper chain with buckets!
In addition to keeping the water flowing, these buckets create almost a musical sound when the water drops from one bucket to the lower bucket!π
βSilvertop they changed the weather forecast, no rain is expected Saturday, we can hike!βπ₯°
Nice Lizβ¦β¦well the downspout chain will be ready for the βnextβ storm!π

I think I'll buy one also, and see how that would work! There is a portion (corner) of the roof that drips water when it rains.
