Dozens of barrels of dry foods, from very healthy, to not so healthy, fill the isles in one of our local “super grocery stores”!
Organic plant protein in the fourth photo, mixed into a protein shake, helps fuel Silvertop for the start of an active day!🤗
Turn down the next isle, and you can pick your choice of four different kinds of “peanut butter”!
Fresh ground natural almond butter, cashew butter, honey roasted, and of course, natural peanut butter!

Next, Campbell’s tomato soup …………….
I always like to use this soup as an example of how drastic prices have changed over the years …………
When silvertop had his very first apartment, after just getting out of school, eating healthy was expensive!😲
The most economical soup, made by Campbell’s, was this tomato soup, that sold at a very steep price of ……. 9 Cents a can!😳
Hmmm……… $1.26 now!😳
