Today was an early to rise day…………..☺️
This was Liz’s and Silvertop’s Sunday to do Worship at Church.
First our bass player bowed out for today!
Then our sound tech canceled as well…..😲
The only one that came to help Silvertop load up the car this morning was this beautiful two year old male deer!☺️
We have dealt with this before…………..
When we were a full band, we had some very talented musicians, and some that would come and go like the wind!🤣
With our wireless digital board, Liz started running the house sound on her iPad or iPhone.
Not the most optimum way to run sound, but we have done this off and on for years!
No one even noticed that Liz was running the sound……….
Very stealthy Lol!😇
It does work very well, sort of a “set it and forget it” house sound!😇
In between songs, the Mrs used her iPhone to adjust the pastors wireless microphone and other wireless microphones of guest speakers!😊
The music locked in very well, even the brand new 6/8 time ( time signature Silvertop tries to avoid 😇Lol), had everyone singing!😊
When we we’re finished, I opened the Church’s door to load up our equipment, to discover thick smoke!😳
The third to last photo was early morning, and the last at an air quality of “183 unhealthy”, was going home!😬
“Picking up some roadside corn sounds much better than hiking today Liz!”🥰
They tell us the smoke will blow out by tomorrow, maybe from the hurricane in California?🤔
