I’m melting!!!!🥵
The heat is on, and so are the local festivals!😊
Ninety one degrees Fahrenheit, and climbing today!🥵
“Liz what’s going on, we have dozens of horses in the field next to our Church!”
The junior rodeo is this weekend in Sumas.
The Mrs and Silvertop started unloading our musical instruments and equipment, and everyone else was unloading horse trailers!☺️
On the way here, we drove through the town of Lynden, and all the side streets were barricaded!
This is the weekend for the local raspberry festival!🤗
How fun!!!😊
The Month is going by so quickly, it is our week to lead Worship again………
Someone had turned the A/C thermostat up to 72° In Church………..😅
“Liz, where is the mini-split remote control, I’m cranking up the A/C!”😇
It’s hot under the stage lights!🥵
Our friend Dennis joined us, he plays an awesome Bass!
Liz is bringing out her Flute for one of the songs, she will tell you she really is a “flautist”!🥰
She was trained by a couple that were members of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra!😊
The Mrs tells me this Silver Gemeinhardt flute “plays like butter”………
it sounds amazing!🤗
Hmmm…………
“Did you say it’s Silver Liz, let me go get the Silver Troy scale Lol!”😇

Too hot today for sure, but I love doing music for the Lord!

Yes, the flute does play like melted butter, and if it were butter, then it'd be no more today, lol!

So very true, my friend, another very hot day today!
Years ago our band played without A/C at a different Church, it was so hot!🥵
We would turn off all the lights, including the stage lights and practice in the dark.
Only turning on the stage lights moments before playing !😇
