Years ago, back in Ohio, Silvertop had fireworks competition between neighbors……….
Everyone had one half acre lots.
Silvertop would light an aerial mortar…….
Whoosh….. an explosion of color filled the neighborhood!🤗
Then the neighbor would shoot a rocket into the now smokey air!☺️
“The rockets red glare, the bombs bursting air!”
“Silvertop that was awesome, light another!”🤗

Sounds like a fun competition you used to have! Have late 4th to you. Those fuses were short and very variable, some burned slow and some were really fast burners so you had to run!
It was always a lot of fun. It looked like a war zone the next morning Lol!🤣
The giant mess of firework remains everywhere!
