Has it really been Five years today!😇
Silvertop had already started hiking months before.
Climbing up steep mountain trails was definitely helping to heal my back from a previous injury……
In November I started reading fitness post’s on our blockchain.
People were tracking their fitness steps, AND being rewarded!😊
Hmmm……………
“Liz, that’s what we are already doing to stay in shape!”🥰
I gave Actifit a try…………..

Thousands of hikes, through all kinds of weather…….
Narrow switchback trails, to beautiful open meadows!😊
Silvertop following Liz’s tracks……………and sometimes WE, were the ones being followed!😽😳
What I learned over these past few years, is that staying fit doesn’t require a gym……..
Just take that first step, and keep going my friends!🤗

WOW... you and Liz have been hiking every day (well, almost) for five years! WOW!!!
Would you have been hiking if were not of ActiFit? Just curious! (Cuz I wouldn't have been blogging were it not for hive, hehehe)

I think it was the perfect storm @silversaver888….😇
First, we started hiking to help my back, and it did …….🤗
Then we found Fitbit, and then @actifit,  and everything fell into place!😊
Yes, we definitely would’ve been hiking even without Actifit, but this app has encouraged immensely to continue to hike every day !😇

Oh wow, definitely a happy birthday to Actifit. I did start on 21 July 2018 and I was really glad to find the app one day reading someone's post on how the app works. Back then we had a handful of users and am glad at how big it has grown. Walking outdoors is always a wonderful workout, lets keep going.
