Staying Hydrated! 😀...................... Actifit Report Card: September 21 2022
Everyone wants to stay healthy, hiking and exercising can leave you dehydrated!😅
Years ago Silvertop and Liz were care giver’s for my Grandmother, and one of the most important things to watch for with elderly people is dehydration!
We were taught to lightly pinch the skin on the top of her hand. If the skin snaps back to normal you are properly hydrated, if it doesn’t, you are probably on your way to being dehydrated!😮
During the day when Silvertop is doing chores, I drink carbonated bubbly water to stay hydrated.
The only ingredients ………Water!😇
They were out of what I buy, so I found what you see in photo number two…..
“Sparkling Water with other natural Flavors”!😊
Then I tried to pronounce the ingredients listed on the back of the can!😳
Not for me….. I reached for one of my “Just Bubbly water” cans out of the refrigerator!😇
What you eat and drink plays a big part in the quest to stay healthy my friends!😊

Enjoy the great outdoors, our neighborhood friend in the last photo certainly is! She is starting to become a common sight on my hike!🤗
