When Silvertop and Liz walked out the door to hike, the afternoon Sun was at its strongest!😅
Jan was waiting at the street, in the shade!

Liz spent the morning roasting Coffee……Silvertop helped…….😇
I bounced between helping the Mrs clean the roasters , and stock trading……
“I’ll be right there Liz, I need to close one more trade on Robinhood!☺️

I think your @actifit workouts need to follow the same path, a diversified workout will build more strength, burn more calories, and in the long run keep you healthier!

The roasting finally finished, and the stock market closed, we planned for a hike at 3:30 PM.
Shadows covering our hiking trails, were making interesting photos like the first.
Later on the hike back downhill, wispy clouds covered the skies.
“Silvertop, they say cooler weather is coming!”🥰
Uh…..Huh……..
Drink lots of water, and bring on that cooler weather!🤗

I am thinking I'm not looking for the cooler weather simply because the weatherman is more wrong than right lately! That way, I'm sure to not be disappointed, lol! It was a long and busy day, but one spent with my best friend! 🤗😘💖
