Now that the heat has been turned on, the rivers are starting to run fast with snow melt!

The snow covered Canadian Mountains in the background, still heavily laden with snow!

David at the tiny house was sheltered under an outdoor picnic table canopy, he wasn’t moving……
Kate at the off grid cabin came down the Mountain to stay at her Mother in laws air conditioned Yurt!😊
Yes you heard correctly, Joan put in a mini split heat pump for heating and Air conditioning for the yurt!🤗
The only one that didn’t seem to mind the heat was Smokey the cat!😻
She followed Liz and me for a bit on today’s hike, then turned around and headed home.
Everyone is trying to acclimate to this drastic temperature change Silvertop included.
We hiked to the pond………

One more day to get through with the heat for this go-round. I only wish it were the only round and the rest of summer would be my optimum summere-highs in the low to mid 70's with a nice breeze! Smokey is a cutie! 😻😽

It's nice to see picture of greens everywhere in your place. I live in the desert 😂 so everything is man made. I was told there is a huge grove area in my place gonna go there one day.
