Over in Hungary, they don’t have protective guardrails on the older tall buildings! Hungarians figure you need to be responsible for yourself!
That is why the state/federal government is there to make sure we are protected. Those older tall buildings need to be fixed! But it doesn't remove personal responsibility to be safe always! Just saying.
