My Actifit Report Card: June 20 2023

My sister just gave this tea to us, so trying to have a sip today. Mint for my husband because he still has a dry cough. While me oh just wanted to have tea to relax. I'm still not feeling good. My ear is aching again that affects my jawbone so it's hard for me to chew anything. I only washed part of our laundry and planning to finish it tomorrow.
