Yoga exercises that work like magic

Body, mind and energy - these three things combine to move our body. If any one of these does not work properly then our body will not work properly. Yoga exercises do just that by combining the three. Yoga exercises can solve many complex problems of the body. However, since the relationship between the body and the mind is very close to this exercise, it is very important to pay full attention while doing it. There is no substitute for yoga or yoga exercises to stay healthy. Regular practice of yoga will help you to achieve success by creating healthy and vigorous physical and mental capacity. It is also important to do yoga properly. Regular yoga exercises reduce excess body fat. Just ten minutes of yoga exercises a day works like magic. Increases immunity. Get up in the morning and do yoga exercises in these six ways.

Sit on your knees first. Then press the abdomen with the legs and straighten the hands and touch the head to the ground as in the picture. Breathe three to four times in this way.

Now break the body as if crawling with the weight on the knees. Then keep your head slightly down.

Keep the body as pictured. It will be the same as before. Now raise the neck a little. Head bowed between the two hands.

Now tilt the stomach slightly and head upwards. Breathe.

Then try to make the head touch the knees, keeping the head straight, leaning towards the ground as in the picture.

Then tilt it slightly and keep it like the body picture. Touch the knees with both hands. Get up in the morning and do only half an hour. You will find the difference yourself.
