Night thought.

There are days when for no reason at all you don't feel well. You feel sad, frustrated, annoyed, angry, like things aren't working as usual.

When these days come, don't judge or blame yourself, accept the way you feel, devote your attention to the present moment. In the present moment let all these emotions pass through you, they are just passing through. Personally when it happens to me I try to do something I really like and it allows me to relax.
