I think that other people who notice those behaviors on a certain person (who has good relationships with them) can only "gently nudge" them to avoid such (likely bad) habits, not directly stop them. 🧘♂️🤯

Well, first you have to define all the parameters of successful nudging, and then define how doing so gently would interface with that. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Some aspects which are to be considered about what are needed for a successful nudging are "who is being nudged", "why there is a need to nudge", "when and where can the nudging happen", "what the nudging is for", and so on. 🤯 I think we should avoid "opening a can of worms" here! 🪱🥫🤯🤯😅
