Greetings, friends at Actifit, happy weekend. Today I didn't go walking in the park because the group that trains there and meets up takes Saturdays and Sundays off, so I didn't leave the house, but I did do some exercises. I'll tell you that a long time ago I downloaded several exercise apps, one of them is for Pilates at home and the other is for leg splits. The latter promises that with a month of consistency, you can achieve that long-awaited desire of all women, especially girls.

Yes, girls, because when we are little, we all want to be able to do the splits, or, in technical terms, perform the split or spagat. At one point, I was very close to achieving it, but little by little I closed up. The only thing I had left was flexibility in some areas, and since I've started exercising again after my walk, I plan to do this simple routine proposed by this app. If you want to download it, it's in the Play Store as leg splits.

Saludos amigos de actifit, feliz fin de semana. Hoy no fue a caminar al parque porque el grupo que entrena allí y se reúne descansa sábados y domingos, así que no salí de casa, pero si hice ejercicios, te cuento que descargué hace mucho tiempo varias apps de ejercicios, una de ella es de pilates en casa y la otra es de aperturas de piernas, esta última promete que en un mes de constancia ese anhelado deseo de todas las mujeres, en especial de las niñas.

Sí de las niñas, pues todas cuando pequeñas queremos estar abiertas de piernas o en su nombre técnico realizar el split o spagat. En una época estuve muy cerca de lograrlo, pero poco a poco me fui cerrando, lo único que me quedó fue la flexibilidad en algunas partes, y como me active de nuevo en hacer ejercicios una vez que llego de mi caminata pienso hacer esta simple rutina propuesta por esta app, si la deseas descargar está en la Play Store como aperturas de piernas.

I ended up sweating, and the good thing is that every day there are different positions, which will prevent me from falling into a routine and getting bored. Today I am showing you some images from the app, but later I will show you my progress. I'm determined to do it consistently until I achieve my goal of doing a good leg split 😁. It's now or never. My inner child demands it, and I don't intend to disappoint her. I've waited a long time for this goal.

Hoy es mi segundo día, y solo son 15 ejercicios en un tiempo aproximado de 15 a 20 minutos. Al final terminó sudando y lo bueno es que todos los días se hacen posiciones diferentes lo que evitará caer en la rutina y aburrirse, hoy les presento algunas imágenes de la aplicación, pero más adelante mostraré mi evolución. Estoy decidida en hacerlo con constancia hasta lograr mi meta de realizar un buen split 😁, es ahora o nunca, mi niña interna me lo exige y no la pienso defraudar, he esperado mucho tiempo por esta meta.
