My Actifit Report Card: May 7 2025 Celebrating a new weight and reflecting / Celebrando un nuevo peso y reflexionando

Welcome to my blog
At the gym we have the habit of taking pictures of each other at the end of the class, but by that time several girls have already left and those of us who are left are so tired that we just want to lie down to sleep, well, that's my case. 😅
This day the class was taebox and to close the hour we do glutes and abs, for me it's the best of all the track classes they give at the gym. By the way, I am very happy because today my trainer weighed me, since I cancelled the monthly fee and my weight is 62 kilos 🥳 officially I have lost 8 kilos since I started 6 months ago, to celebrate today I ate two pieces of bread 🤣😁.

En el gimnasio tenemos la costumbre de sacarnos fotos al terminar la clase, pero en ese momento ya se han ido varias chicas y las que quedamos estamos tan cansadas que solo queremos acostarnos a dormir, bueno, ese es mi caso. 😅
Este día la clase fue de taebox y para cerrar la hora hacemos glúteos y abdominales, para mí es la mejor de todas las clases de pista que dan en el gimnasio. Por cierto, estoy muy contenta porque hoy me peso mi entrenadora, ya que cancelé la mensualidad y mi peso es 62 kilos 🥳 oficialmente he bajado 8 kilos desde que empecé hace 6 meses, para celebrar hoy comí dos trozos de pan 🤣😁.
5 years ago I got to weigh 53 kilos after a detox diet where I spent three months eating healthy eliminating, pastas, rice, bread and sugars, without exercising I lost at that time 8 kilos, but after that I was getting fat progressively and slowly until I reached 70 kilos, seeing me so heavy and feeling so bad with pain in my knees was my wake up call.
Losing these 8 kilos has been difficult in the sense that it amazes me how long it took me to achieve them in spite of so much physical exercise and my dietary changes. Maybe it is because of my age that has made it difficult, because I had never exercised before or simply because this time I am creating muscle mass, I want to believe in that, and as it has been difficult I hope to keep the same attitude and continue strengthening the habit of exercising, taking care of myself and improving my health condition, at the end of the day that is the most important thing to feel good and think about a better future, with wellness. Hace 5 años llegué a pesar 53 kilos después de una dieta de desintoxicación donde estuve tres meses comiendo de forma saludable eliminando, pastas, arroz, pan y azúcares, sin hacer ejercicio baje en ese entonces 8 kilos, pero después de eso fui engordando de forma progresiva y lentamente hasta llegar a los 70 kilos, verme tan pesada y sentirme tan mal con dolor en las rodillas fue mi llamado de atención.
Bajar estos 8 kilos ha sido difícil en el sentido que me asombra todo el tiempo que me costó lograrlos a pesar de tanto ejercicio físico y de mis cambios en la alimentación. Tal vez sea por mi edad que se me ha dificultado, porque nunca había hecho ejercicio o simplemente porque esta vez estoy creando masa muscular, quiero creer en eso, y como se me ha hecho difícil espero mantener la misma actitud y continuar fortaleciendo el hábito de hacer ejercicio, de cuidarme y mejorar mi condición de salud, al final del día eso es lo más importante sentirse bien y pensar en un mejor futuro, con bienestar.
