I Am Alive because Happiness is Intentional

I am alive challenge - Day 64

I am taking part in #IAmAliveChallenge

In this period of corona, hardship and economic meltdown I and my family were surviving on a daily basis. Remember the Lord's Prayer said ...give us this day our daily bread... This has been our daily experience the daily bread has been coming to our table. Unemployment and poverty in Nigeria, but still we're moving forward without any obstacles.

Happiness is Intentional
With this situations around us we've it seem our joy and happiness will be affected, we're intentionally and deliberate to be happy. Happiness is a thing of choice. You can decide to be sad, moody or accept all the situation and be happy. Like amnesia that has structural and intentional types that's how happiness is. With contentment in your corner you're sure of being happy with the little that comes your way everyday.

Happiness Gotten from Marrying the Right Person
Marrying the right person gives you fulfilment and rest of mind. One of the reasons for my uncontrollable happiness is marrying my wife. She's a wife material 100 yards. She supports and understands me to the brine.

Making a decision to be Always Happy
It's my decision any day and time to be happy. My decision has helped me over the years to stay happy. Sadness can come when someone's pocket is dry, but being intentional makes me move on. Being consistent in your happiness mood is helpful to your growth in life. Sadness reduces your life expectancy, so in order to live long you must be happy at all times.

Finally, be intentional in your mood either to happy or sad. Happiness is now my culture and values. I advise you to choose to be happy. See you on the happy side of hive. Thanks @iamalivechalleng

Making a decision to be Always Happy - I like it! and I teach myself now to be happy despite anything. It's hard but it's the basis for all the rest.
