An encouraging benefit of Omega-3 is that it can prevent and cure cancer, which is the most dangerous threat to health. This fatal disease of this century is killing more than 580,000 Americans every year. Studies show that Omega-3 fatty acids can reduce the tumor growth.

I totally agree with you.Omega-3 is very good for our health and is found in many foods. I also try to give my child vitamins containing Omega-3.
