Sports Industry on a mission in Crypto Adoption Awareness as Formula 1 partners with Crypto.com and also Netherlands football club accepting bitcoin

Cryptocurrency adoption is becoming a serious business as different sports industry are partnering with crypto exchange companies. For instance FTX has been on fire this year, from changing the Miami Heat’s arena Na me from American Airlines Arena to FTX Arena, to partnering with TeamSolomid(TSM)and also partnering with MLB(Major League baseball). FTX spent a huge amount of money for these partnerships because this will bring a lot of awareness to the world.

The Crypto Exchange company Crypto.com has also announced its partnership with Formula 1. Formula 1 also announced the partnership as crypto.com will be the first official cryptocurrency sponsor and NFT partner of Formula 1. This deal was worth $100 million dollars.

Formula One (also known as Formula 1 or F1) is the highest class of international auto racing for single-seater formula racing cars sanctioned by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA)

Cryptocurrency is a technology that is fast growing, not everyone is already familiar with it, so it needs a direction to allow people know it more. A football club in Netherlands, AZ Alkmaar,has partnered with a cryptocurrency exchange firm, Bitcoin meester, to make this awareness possible. This partnership has made the football club the first Netherlands professional football club to hold bitcoin on its balance sheet. This is because the Dutch football club will be paid in bitcoin and keep it on the balance sheet.

The football club announced it through their official social media channels stating that they are committed to a three years partnership with the cryptocurrency exchange. This is so huge for bitcoin and cryptocurrencies because generally, this is step in bitcoin leading the charge for mass adoption.

With this massive partnership it’s a clear and obvious that bitcoin adoption awareness will be achieved in the coming years to come.
