Remember To Take A Break Away From The Chart
Trading and looking at your chart all day can be a lot exhausting because even though you are not physically stressing your body, you are stressing your mind and most times yourself mentally. Especially when the market is not going your way and you start over powering your mind wishing you could telepathically control the chart or the market.
Some people outlive their age because of the mental stress they experience when the market is not going their way.
What I did during the bear market, was to channel my focus into something else. I watched a lot of movies, spent some time with family and friends, and blogged about my crypto experience. I distracted my self and it helped me a lot because I didn’t open my crypto apps nor check the price chart. One thing you should know as a crypto trader and investor is that the market doesn’t care or give a f*ck about you. The best way to survive in the market is to have an open mind and don’t be sentimental towards the market. Psychology is a great deal when dealing with finance. You can have all the education in the world but if you can’t handle the psychological part you are not moving anywhere.
One way to keep my mental health on check is by HODLING and STAKING. I let my coin work for me while I blog. That’s why you have cubdefi to help you with earning passive income.
Blogging is a way I distract myself. It feels nice laying down what and how you feel about the market and people read it and you exchange ideas, and you still get paid for it. If you force yourself to trade even when you are emotionally not balance, without taking a break, you are going to regret 90% of the decisions you make during those periods.
You are not a robot, you are a human being. Even robots shutdown when you overwork them way above their capacity. Coming from me, to you, remember to take a break away from the charts and numbers on the screen
