Pendant nos promenades, on passe par des endroits dont il faudra se souvenir aux bonnes époques...
Là, par exemple on a repéré un beau gros noyer qui prépare déjà pleins de noix... Il faudra y retourner lorsqu'elles seront prêtes à la cueillette.
Même si à mon âge, on déconseille les noix ... trop d'oxalate...
Nous croisons aussi des gens dans notre région qui pointent les plantes et les arbres et vous disent lesquels sont comestibles et surtout quelles parties des plantes sont bonnes à consommer... C'est, selon moi, un savoir très précieux, et qu'il vaut mieux maîtriser avant de mettre en pratique ... Les erreurs vous rappelleront vite que le système digestif n'est pas calibré pour tout accepter...
J'avoue que j'aimerais être capable de les reconnaître sans fautes.
Là, nous nous contenterons de ce qui sera évident, on évitera les champignons et autres spécialités réservés aux experts. Il est encore aisé de repérer les fraises ou les framboises, alors autant ne pas risquer un empoisonnement ...
Si vous avez des trucs et astuces pour repérer et reconnaître sans possibles doutes d'autres petits comestibles, on ne dit jamais non à un peu de sciences ou de savoir !
