Sesión de juegos de mesa #24 // Board games session #24

En esta ocasión los juegos jugados son un tanto variados, desde juego de cartas, zombies, euro, etc. Detallo:

On this occasion the games played are quite varied, from card games, zombies, euro, etc. I detail:

BLOODBORNE THE CARD GAME

Nunca pude probar el juego al que se le hace la temática, sin embargo, tras 2 partidas me parece un excelente juego. Es un deck building con dados, en el que todos los jugadores revelan una carta a la vez en cada turno, eso hará importante planear cuando jugar una carta u otra, según vaya avanzando la partida. Se busca derrotar monstruos que nos darán trofeos y puntos de victoria. El juego termina con un jefe final.

I was never able to try the game to which the theme is made, however, after 2 games I think it is an excellent game. It is a deck building with dice, in which all players reveal a card at the same time in each turn, that will make it important to plan when to play one card or another, as the game progresses. The goal is to defeat monsters that will give us trophies and victory points. The game ends with a final boss.

Si bien la primera partida demoró un poco, mientras aprendíamos las reglas y conocíamos las diversas cartas, en la 2da ya el juego fluye más rápido. Espero poder seguir jugando más partidas.

Although the first game took a while, while we were learning the rules and getting to know the different cards, in the second game the game flows faster. I look forward to playing more games.

JAMAICA

Una carrera entre barcos piratas. En cada turno un jugador tira 2 dados, sus resultados servirán para el día y la noche, que se muestran en las cartas. Con ello, tratamos de avanzar obtener alimentos, dinero, tesoros o cañones; al avanzar, diversos obstáculos y batallas podrían hacernos retroceder.

A race between pirate ships. In each turn a player rolls 2 dice, their results will serve for day and night, which are shown on the cards. With this, we try to advance to obtain food, money, treasure or cannons; while advancing, various obstacles and battles could make us go back.

El juego es de reglas sencillas. Ya lo había jugado hace muchos años, volver a jugarlo me hizo recordar que este fue uno de los primeros juegos de mesa que probé. El nuevo diseño lo hace bastante colorido.

The game has simple rules. I had already played it many years ago, playing it again made me remember that this was one of the first board games I tried. The new design makes it quite colorful.

DUNE: IMPERIUM

Ya voy varias partidas con este juego. Con cada partida entiendo mejor las estrategias posibles. Por el momento, intentar ganar cada batalla de la ronda y crear un deck sinérgico es mi estrategia. Divertido como siempre.

I have already played several games with this game. With each game I understand better the possible strategies. At the moment, trying to win every battle of the round and create a synergistic deck is my strategy. Fun as always.

ROUTE Z

Este juego es un rediseño del juego Expedición Perdida, con temática Zombie. Se puede jugar de manera cooperativa o en equipos competitivos. En cada etapa de un día, se jugarán cartas por cada jugador, estas cartas tendrán opciones obligatorias, no obligatorias y electivas. Estas opciones nos harán gastar y obtener vida, comida, armas, habilidades, moverse, etc; el objetivo es cruzar un sendero de cartas, antes que tus 3 personajes mueran.

This game is a redesign of the game Lost Expedition, with a Zombie theme. It can be played cooperatively or in competitive teams. In each stage of a day, cards will be played by each player, these cards will have mandatory, non-mandatory and elective options. These options will make us spend and get life, food, weapons, skills, move, etc; the goal is to cross a path of cards, before your 3 characters die.

Como equipo habrá que coordinar, planear y elegir las mejores opciones, en cada momento del juego. Se nota que puede ser muy retador, pero en esa primera partida pudimos superar el juego sin problemas. Espero probarlo al menos una vez más.

As a team you will have to coordinate, plan and choose the best options at every moment of the game. You can tell it can be very challenging, but in that first game we were able to beat the game without any problems. I hope to try it at least one more time.
