Clone Wars fue la primera serie animada que vi del mundo de Star Wars y sinceramente quedé sorprendido en su momento, no solo por los personajes, las escenas de acción, la buena animación y otros puntos fuertes; sino porque me hizo interesar en el mundo Star Wars como ninguna producción lo había logrado antes; es con ese principio, que esta serie me llamaba bastante la atención ya que sería la continuación animada del final de Clone Wars. Se emitió desde el 2014 hasta el 2018, completando 4 temporadas.

Clone Wars was the first animated series I saw of the Star Wars world and honestly I was surprised at the time, not only because of the characters, the action scenes, the good animation and other strong points; but because it made me interested in the Star Wars world as no production had done before; it is with that principle, that this series called my attention because it would be the animated continuation of the end of Clone Wars. It aired from 2014 to 2018, completing 4 seasons.

Sinopsis: Ezra Bridger es un joven huérfano que vive en el planeta Lothal. Un dia luego de encontrarse con un grupo particular, acaba aliándose con ellos, al conocerlos descubre que son rebeldes, opositores al imperio. Entre ellos se encuentra un jedi, Kanan Jarrus, que vera en el joven Ezra una sensibilidad a la fuerza, por lo que lo tomara como padawan. En adelante veremos las aventuras del grupo rebelde.

Synopsis: Ezra Bridger is a young orphan living on the planet Lothal. One day after meeting a particular group, he ends up allying with them, upon meeting them he discovers that they are rebels, opponents of the empire. Among them is a jedi, Kanan Jarrus, who will see in the young Ezra a sensitivity to the force, so he will take him as a padawan. From now on we will see the adventures of the rebel group.

En el grupo tenemos, aparte de los ya mencionados Kanan y Ezra, a la piloto Twi’lek Hera Syndulla, a la mandaloriana Sabina Wren, al Lasat Zeb y a Choper, un droide astromecánico. Cada personaje aumentará su personalidad, problemas y propias historias a las aventuras del grupo. Generando un grupo bastante funcional.

In the group we have, apart from the aforementioned Kanan and Ezra, the Twi'lek pilot Hera Syndulla, the Mandalorian Sabina Wren, the Lasat Zeb and Choper, an astromech droid. Each character will add their personality, problems and own stories to the adventures of the group. Generating a fairly functional group.

En la historia principal, se muestran los acontecimientos que suceden luego de la orden 66, donde la gran mayoría de Jedis son asesinados y el imperio gobierna. Veremos cómo los rebeldes se van organizando y buscan enfrentar al poderoso enemigo. Saldrán varios personajes conocidos e incluso varios originales de Clone Wars. Sale también un gran villano como es el almirante Thrawn, y si me preguntas sus apariciones está entre lo mejor de la serie.

In the main story, the events that happen after Order 66, where the vast majority of Jedi are killed and the Empire rules, are shown. We will see how the rebels are organizing and seeking to confront the powerful enemy. There will be several known characters and even several Clone Wars originals. There is also a great villain like Admiral Thrawn, and if you ask me his appearances are among the best of the series.

Ahora lo negativo es que si bien hay momentos y trayectos buenos en la serie, hay otros que son regulares e incluso malos, perdiendo el interés en varias partes, salvo contados momentos, no hay puntos donde sea imposible parar de seguir viendo. Aparte que se reduce el nivel de crudeza que tenía Clone Wars; a si como, que a veces los personajes no muestran dudas cuando causan muertes masivas, sintiéndose raro.

Now the negative side is that while there are good moments and trajectories in the series, there are others that are regular and even bad, losing interest in several parts, except for a few moments, there are no points where it is impossible to stop watching. Besides, the level of crudeness that Clone Wars had is reduced; as well as, sometimes the characters don't show doubts when they cause massive deaths, feeling weird.

La animación cumple, pero no es la mejor, prefiero la realizada en Clone Wars o en la nueva The Bad Batch. La música característica no falta y acompaña bien los diversos momentos de acción en la serie.

The animation is good, but not the best, I prefer the one in Clone Wars or in the new The Bad Batch. The characteristic music is not missing and accompanies well the various moments of action in the series.

La serie es buena, pero irregular en muchos tramos; sin embargo, la acabe disfrutando especialmente por el trabajo con el villano ya mencionado, ciertos capítulos y un buen trayecto final. Recomendable para los fans de Star Wars.

The series is good, but uneven in many stretches; however, I ended up enjoying it especially for the work with the aforementioned villain, certain chapters and a good final stretch. Recommended for Star Wars fans.
