Sinopsis: Un extraterrestre ha llegado al planeta tierra, pero tras perder un transmisor, deberá buscar la manera de recuperarlo. Es con ese objetivo, que conoce las ideas de los dioses y las religiones en la India, buscando tratar de comunicarse con ellos, y que se le cumpla su deseo.

La trama no solo cuenta la historia del protagonista PK, sino también de una chica periodista, Jaggu, que será la que apoye a PK a encontrar su transmisor. Hay bastante comedia, un toque de drama, pero lo que realmente busca es hacer una reflexión sobre la búsqueda de Dios en un mundo terrenal. Donde hay diversas religiones, y donde algunos líderes tratan de sacar provecho de la fe de la gente.
The plot not only tells the story of the protagonist PK, but also of a girl journalist, Jaggu, who will be the one to support PK in finding his transmitter. There is a lot of comedy, a touch of drama, but what it really seeks to do is to make a reflection on the search for God in an earthly world. Where there are diverse religions, and where some leaders try to take advantage of people's faith.
Como en toda película India hay bastantes canciones y alguna que otra escena de baile, un clásico. Es una película que está bien narrada, se siente dinámica, con saltos en el tiempo, y la cantidad de personajes exactos. Se disfruta desde el comienzo.
As in every Indian movie there are quite a few songs and some dance scenes, a classic. It is a movie that is well narrated, feels dynamic, with time jumps, and the right amount of characters. It is enjoyable from the beginning.
En la producción, destaca el uso de variados lugares, con mucha gente alrededor, especialmente en los templos. La música es buena. Tal vez lo que falla sean los efectos especiales cuando se requieren, por suerte no hay muchas escenas que las necesiten.
In the production, the use of varied locations stands out, with many people around, especially in the temples. The music is good. Perhaps what fails are the special effects when they are required, luckily there are not many scenes that need them.
Al final, es una gran película para conocer el mundo religioso en la India, mientras vemos la curiosa historia del extraterrestre PK. Recomendable.
