Una de las cosas que me gusta de Netflix, es el tratar de probar producciones con duraciones poco habituales. En este caso es una miniserie de 11 capítulos, cada uno con una duración alrededor de los 13 minutos, donde veremos a una pareja separarse. Fue estrenada el 2021, producción española. Creado por Nadia de Santiago y dirigido por Inés Pintor Sierra y Pablo Santidrián.

One of the things I like about Netflix is trying to test productions with unusual lengths. In this case it is a miniseries of 11 chapters, each with a duration of around 13 minutes, where we will see a couple separating. It was premiered in 2021, Spanish production. Created by Nadia de Santiago and directed by Inés Pintor Sierra and Pablo Santidrián.

Sinopsis: Lina y Nicolas acaban de terminar. Lina tendrá que pasar diversas etapas para superar esa relación que tuvo bastante años, y seguir adelante.

Synopsis: Lina and Nicolas have just broken up. Lina will have to go through several stages to overcome this relationship that she had for many years, and move on.

Cada capítulo será separado en 2 partes, una parte dedicada a mostrar el presente de Lina y otra parte dedicada a mostrar el pasado de su relación con Nicolas, desde sus inicios. Ese aspecto, sumado a la corta duración, lo hace dinámico y entretenido.

Each chapter will be separated in 2 parts, one part dedicated to show Lina's present and another part dedicated to show the past of her relationship with Nicolas, from its beginnings. That aspect, added to the short duration, makes it dynamic and entertaining.

La historia de la relación no tiene nada nuevo, salvo intentar mostrar las etapas para superar una relación intensa. Hay partes un tanto fantasiosas a mi parecer, y no me gusto su final.

The story of the relationship has nothing new, except trying to show the stages to overcome an intense relationship. There are parts of it that are a bit fanciful in my opinion, and I didn't like the ending.

La actuación es buena, especialmente el de Nadia de Santiago como Lina. En la mayoría de los capítulos le agregan sencillos musicales al final de cada capítulo, funcionan un tanto.

The acting is good, especially that of Nadia de Santiago as Lina. In most of the chapters they add simple musicals at the end of each chapter, they work a little bit.

En general, lo más interesante de esta producción son los juegos que hacen con la duración de cada capítulo y cómo lo aprovechan para mostrar el pasado y presente, intentando relacionarlos. Recomendable.
