De vez en cuando sale una película o serie que trata de mezclar un mundo real con un mundo de ficción. Una famosa y que digamos creo la categoría es “¿Quién engañó a Roger Rabbit? ”. En esta ocasión nos encontramos con unos personajes ya clásicos de Disney, Chip y Dale. Estrenada el 2022, siendo su director Akiva Schaffer.
Every once in a while a movie or series comes out that tries to mix a real world with a fictional world. A famous one, and let's just say that I believe the category is "Who Framed Roger Rabbit". This time we meet some classic Disney characters, Chip and Dale. Released in 2022, being its director Akiva Schaffer.
Sinopsis: Chip y Dale, famosos por una serie animada de los inicios de los 90’s, tuvieron una separación que los alejó bastante. Debido a un problema con un mafioso, secuestran a un viejo amigo. La famosa pareja deberá volver a trabajar junta para salvar a su amigo.
Synopsis: Chip and Dale, famous for an animated series of the early 90's, had a separation that pushed them far apart. Due to a problem with a mobster, they kidnap an old friend. The famous couple must work together again to save their friend.
La trama mezcla aventura y un poco de misterio, mientras la pareja principal intenta reconciliar su pasado. Si bien es un tanto entretenido, lo que acaba pegando y llamando la atención, es la cantidad de referencia a dibujos animados tanto actuales como antiguos, como el mundo en que estos viven con los humanos.
The plot mixes adventure and a bit of mystery, as the main couple tries to reconcile their past. While it is somewhat entertaining, what ends up sticking and catching your attention, is the amount of reference to both current and old cartoons, as well as the world they live in with humans.
Fuera de ello, creo que no hay muchas sorpresas, la comedia funciona a medias. De alguna manera, supones rápidamente como acabará esta película. Creo que una narrativa tan lineal lo vuelve predecible.
Other than that, I don't think there aren't many surprises, the comedy works half-heartedly. Somehow, you quickly assume how this movie will end. I think such a linear narrative makes it predictable.
En los aspectos técnicos no destaca especialmente. Creo que faltó realizar un buen segmento musical.
In the technical aspects it doesn't particularly stand out. I think it lacked a good musical segment.
En general es una película entretenida, pero queda más encasillada en un título para pasar el rato que algo que se te quede en la memoria.
Overall it's an entertaining film, but it's more of a fun time title than something that will stick in your memory.
