Vice Versa

I once saw a statistic that says that when it comes to relationships, men cheats the most. I honestly have no idea how they came to that conclusion because I know they didn't go ask all the men in relationships if they cheat to get their stat right, but I'm also not saying that the stat is wrong because I honestly don't think it is.

Women cheat, I've come across a lot of girls who cheat on their partners without even thinking twice about it, as long as they get to gain something from it, something like money or something valuable. But that's what differentiate the women and the men when it comes to cheating.

You see, most women would cheat because they stand to gain something after the act has been commited, why most cheat would cheat just for the sake of cheating. They don't do it because they're getting paid after it's over or because it's the only way they can secure their dream job, they just do it for the pleasure of it and then ten minutes later, they're done and heading home.

What's even crazy is that a woman could forgive their partner if their partner were caught cheating on them, but most men would never forgive. I remember I had asked a couple of my female friends how they'd react if they caught their men cheating on them and majority of them had said they would get angry but eventually forgive him if he asks for forgiveness.

So I had gone to the guys and asked the same question to them and all of them bluntly said no, there would be no forgiving and to be honest, I don't feel any different. I'm definitely ending my relationship if I catch my partner cheating on me, there's no two ways about it.

But looking at that stat and thinking about the whole thing is kinda funny because if that stat is true, then it simply means that most men are hypocrites because they simply don't want to be served the same meal they themselves are serving to others. If you expect to be forgiven when you mess up with someone else, you should also forgive your partner when she does the same.

If you feel that's too much for you to handle, then maybe try not cheating on her, then if she does cheat on you, you can call it quit without even thinking twice about it, it's as simple as that.
