A Sleeping Problem
For the past two weeks or so, I've been going through something that I honestly don't know if it's normal or not, which exactly is my reason of bringing it here.
You see earlier today, both my power bank and my mobile phone had gone off, and this rarely happens. In the past, I've always made sure that at least one of them is one while the other is charging. So it's either my phone is fully charged, while my powerbank is charging somewhere else, or my powerbank is fully charged, and I'm using it to charge my phone.
But every now and then, I miscalculate and find myself in the same situation I found myself in today. And when this happens, it always sucks for me because I find myself having nothing to do, seeing how I spend almost all of my day on my day.
Well, I decided to take a nap today after I had gone downstairs to plug both my phone and powerbank at a shop which offers a service to charge gadgets. At least I tried to have a nap, but to be honest, I don't think it worked even though I woke up two hours after I had plugged my phone and powerbank.
You see, for the past two weeks or so, whenever I try to sleep, I always find myself feeling restless, like I can't sleep but just toss on the bed, yet every time I check the time, I find our hours had gone past, yet I don't feel like I even slept a minute. I don't know how it happens, and it always feels like time travel to me.
But it's strange and always leaves me feeling restless. Because due to the part that I feel like only a minute had gone past, I end up not feeling like I rested at all. It's been going on for weeks now and doesn't look like it will be stopping anytime soon. Is this normal, or is there a solution to it?
