Ok, how about your code programming skillz and mood/willingness to develop anything these days?
Fortunately, the project/dApp I have in mind does not require smart contracts at all.

That's fine. So, if after hearing what I have in mind, it doesn't seem appealing enough to you or whatever, do you think you could recommend someone you trust who would be a better choice to carry out the project?
