Gym Day 30: Just Another Single Photo Actifit Post
Hello everyone it is another workout day today. I wanted to post another 1 photo actifit today but I think I had enough fun teasing @wittyzell 😂 sorry mam hahah
Anyways todays workout schedule are Biceps, Shoulders and Triceps. I added 1 rep to all my sets this week which I forgot to mention during my last workout day lol. But only if I could pull it off 😁
First up were EZ Bar Bicep Curls using 30lbs of weight. I did 3 sets of 13 reps each.
Next were EZ Bar Upright Rows using 30lbs of weight. I did 3 sets of 13 reps each.
Next were EZ Bar Tricep Extensions using 20lbs of weight. I did 3 sets of 13 reps each.
Next was a 30 minute cardio using the excercise bike.
Next were Double Dumbbell Curls using 50lbs total, 25lbs on each hand. I did 3 sets of 8 reps each. The reason for this is because my wrist were trembling in pain and I could only do 8 reps
Next were Shoulder Press Machine using 50lbs of weight. I did 3 sets of 16 reps each.
Next were Tricep Pushdowns using 70lbs of weight. I did 3 sets of 13 reps each.
And lastly is another 30 minute cardio using the Elliptical Machine.
Nothing fancy or anything unsual today so its the same old routine.
