Gym Day 26: Too Excited For My Own Good
Hello everyone. Its workout day today but I was too early and quite excited that I came in quite early. When I arrived the gym was still closed. So I decided to take a walk beside the old basketball court beside the gym.
I really thought the gym will not open today but luckily it did. So after a few days of resting my body is raring to go.
First one for today is Inclined Bench Press using 70lbs of weight. I did 3 sets of 12 reps each.
Next are TBar Rows using 70lbs of weight. I did 3 sets of 15 reps each.
Next were Flat Dumbell Press using 50lbs weight total. I did 3 sets of 15 reps each
Next was a 30 minute cardio using the excercise bike
Next was Latteral Pulldowns using 70lbs of weight. I did 3 sets of 12 reps each
Next was a Peck Deck Machine using 50lbs of weight. I did 3 sets of 15 reps.
Next was Good Morning using the bar only. No weight s were added because I tried putting 20lbs weight at first and It was too much for me. I did 3 sets of 20 reps each.
And lastly another 30 minute cardio using the Elliptical Machine.
My body feels like I just started working out for a long time lol. I had a hard time but luckily I got through all of them.
That's all for me today, I will rest tomorrow and hopefully workout again on Friday 😁
