My Actifit Report Card: March 30 2022

I decided to go to the gym early today but it looks like I went in too early and the gym was still closed. So what I did was do some walking in the old basketball court just beside the gym until it opens.

The gym opened at 9 in the morning so I got a 30 minute walk just before my cardio workout lol 😂

I'm planning to just go full cardio for today and I planned to have a 2 hour cardio

Thank you sir, yeah I really hope so but I need a lot of dedication for it to become a reality but that really is my goal being fit and healthy 😁
