Gym Day 9: Chest Day for better Man Boobs
Its my 9th day doing workout in the gym and my body is getting the hang of it. My muscles don't seem to sore that much even doing 2 consecutive workout days in a row.
Today my first routine is a decline bench press using 25lbs on each side. A total of 50lbs doing it 3 sets of 12 reps each. 2 minutes rest for each set and a 5 minute rest after all the sets are done
Next was an inclined press using 30lbs dumbbells on each hand. 3 sets of 12 reps again 2 minute break for each set and a 5 minute break after all the sets
Next is a Cable Seated Rows using a 60lbs weight and doing 3 sets of 12 reps each. Again 2 minute break for each set and a 5 minute break after all the sets are done
And lastly is a 30 minute cardio using the new excercise bike for my final sweat pumping workout 😍
