Velouté d'asperges vertes
Salut à tous,
un petit velouté d'asperges vertes, avec oignons, pommes de terre et crème fraîche.
Eplucher les asperges et couper les têtes,. les têtes sont glacés à blanc avec un peu d'eau et du beurre. Une fois que l'eau est évaporée laisser à feu doux compoter un peu dans le beurre fondu.
Faire cuire le reste des asperges avec les pommes de terre et oignons.
Une fois cuit, mixer avec un peu d'eau de cuisson et de crème fraîche pour obtenir la consistance souhaitée.
