Un gratin tout simple de choux-fleurs avec une sauce béchamel et du fromage. Je l'assaisonne avec du cumin et le mélange cumin, choux-fleurs est très sympa.

Il suffit de cuire les bouquets de choux-fleurs dans de l'eau salée,et du cumin, en les gardant croquant.
Pendant ce temps faire une béchamel assez liquide.

Mettre les bouquets dans un plat à gratin, recouvrir de la béchamel et mettre du fromage râpé.

Faire bien gratiner au four et c'est prêt.
