Salut à tous un burger original avec des beignets d'aubergines.

Du jambon cru, de la mozzarella, rondelles de tomate et un peu de menthe fraîche.

Comme c'est un reste de beignets je les réchauffent à la poêle mais si ils sortent de la friture poser dessus le jambon et le fromage. la chaleur suffira pour cuire le jambon et ramollir le fromage.

Rajouter la tomate et la menthe, puis refermer.
