My Actifit Report Card: 8월 22 2021

2018년 7월부터 한달 300,000보 걷기 운동을 계획 했었습니다.
올해초까지는 영 반응이 없다가,
올해초(2020년)부터 걷기 방식을 조금 바꾸었더니 확 바뀌었네요.
걷기와 계단 오르기를 불규칙적으로 섞었더니.. 6개월정도만에 10Kg 감량 성공.
앞으로는 이걸 유지하는 방향으로 적절히 운동해야겠네요.
