YouTube changed its algorithm
Far less traffic
My YouTube account has been growing slowly for over months now. With an average of 20 new followers per month. But since a few weeks, even though I have been posting new content regularly, my account gets only half the views it used to have. And far worse, no more new followers!
The algorithm that YouTube uses to push content to its users has definitely changed a lot.
This is bad news for a lot of small, unmonetized accounts. No more views, no more followers, not s chance to get monetised!
I hope I get it figured out soon, so I can grow into a proper earning account!

Oh yes, the youtube algorithim has really changed. I noticed a dip in my views too, compared to two years ago. Even with the right tags on my videos, the viewership remains low.
I have only posted five videos on mine so far and it sucks. I don't know much about this algorithm but I guess I will have to hustle more until starting to get some subscribers and some decent views...
Changes are good and if people are benefiting from them, that's a great thing, more people will come onto the platform.
