The trick to staying productive is to be unproductive regularly
Breaks are pivotal
If it’s one thing that 2023 has taught me, it is very important to be unproductive on a regular basis.
It is just impossible to be productive all of the time, to the contrary, being “on” all the time makes you less productive and burnt out.
So give yourself a break every now and then. Be active, sportive or just rest or play a game. Just do things that have nothing to do with earning money.
It will pay back in the long run. The downtime will give you fresh courage and new ideas!
I like to sport or play an old school computer game, like Championship Manager 01/02. Which brings me peace.
Later on you can pick up the grind again, try it!

Being 'on' all the time is the fastest way to go off balance. When we're unproductive, we recharge ourselves to become more productive later on :)
yes, this is good advice. I really don't want to risk getting over-worked, so I spend my time about 90% unproductive/break time like activity, and only risk a couple hours, at most, of real work. :P
