Does your crypto exchange need to decide to where you withdraw? I think not!
Bit2Me
I am writing this about an issue I had the last few days with a crypto exchange that is active in Europe, called Bit2Me. I purchased a small amount of crypto via my Visa Card. Easy peasy, the crypto was directly in my account on their app. But then the shit started to happen.
I wanted to transfer some of it to Betfury.com , because I like their concept of sharing their winnings with the holders of their native BFG token. And I wanted to buy some BFG tokens and stake them. Another form of passive income, from a casino...
Withdrawal under review
I chose BNB to use as preferred crypto to transfer to Betfury , but that was not to the likings of Bit2Me. Because Betfury is not available in certain countries, they find it necessary to put my transaction under review, and ask me more questions about why I want to withdraw to that certain crypto address.
It goes even further, the remainder of the crypto at Bit2Me is at this moment frozen. I can't withdraw it nowhere.
I find this kind of behaviour absoluty non sensical. The point of crypto is that it is sort of anonymous, fast and decentralized. But apparently that has become almost impossible. I can't even withdraw to the address I want to anymore...
Very sad story!
Sincerely,
Pele23

Agree, that should not be happening and it sucks. That's pretty much the same my bank is doing to me when I'm sending euros to CEX. And they are supposed to be an "upgrade" to banks... glad I haven't run into such issues with the exchanges I'm using.
I am extremely pissed and their customer service sucks completely!
Yeah, poor customer service is a major red flag for me. I've changed exchanges a couple of times just because of that. Or lack of it.
