Trying to check them all

Actually it is impossible to try and visit all the castles in Dordogne region, because there are too many of them, and some of them are still private property, so inaccessible.

But we tried our best today, we started with Chateau de Carlux, which is more or less a ruin, but then cam Chateau de Fénelon, the fortress of La Roque-Gageac and last but not least Chateau de Castelnaud!
