Florescent to LED T8s

So what I'm doing today is changing florescent lights into 120V led T8 style lamps.

First you have to open it up and pull the lamps already installed.

You have to find the ballast and the wiring is inside the INS installed fixture

You have to connect one side to the line side...

While one side to the neutral.

Don't forget to take everything out of the fixture that isn't necessary.

The lamps have a couple variations of wiring. It's easier on changeovers to have one side be the Line side and one is the Neutral side.
