Ahoj přátelé, i dnes klasický report aktivit
Celkem máme 20712 kroků, dle mé ho zařízení na měření kroků
I dnes byl silový trénink zad v domácím prostředí
Hlavní aktivita byla chůze v okolí rodné Obce Omice, přidal jsem 15 kg zátěžovou vestu, a opět jsem trpce litoval, po 3 tím kilometrů moje trapézy zažívaly neskutečné věci.
Lehce vzpomínam jak jsem na Bojovým útvaru v Táboře kde jsem sloužil, nosil 30 na 30. Už mi není dvacet hold.
