Welcome to my report. I was in the gym today after three weeks, it was challenging and hopefully soon I will be in shape after the illness. I managed to get stuck with the car at the house, luckily a neighbor helped me out. A walk with Rocky is not to be missed. Less than 7 thousand steps, according to the watch 14 thousand. See you tomorrow

Dnes jsem byl po třech týdnech v posilovně, bylo to náročné a snad brzy budu po nemoci ve formě. Podařilo se mi u domu uvíznout s autem, naštěstí mi pomohl soused. Procházku s Rockym si nesmím nechat ujít. Necelých 7 tisíc kroků, podle hodinek 14 tisíc. Tak zítra čus.
